Investment & Payment Authorisation

Enrolling in the Renew You Protocol is a commitment to your health and transformation.
By completing checkout through Stripe, you authorise Pip Reed (trading as Pip Reed Nutrition) and Stripe to securely store your payment details and process your payment for the Program fee, whether paid in full or via monthly instalments.

Your payment method will be automatically charged according to the schedule selected at checkout. You confirm you are authorised to use this card or account and agree not to dispute these charges, provided they align with the terms outlined here.

Payment Terms (Stripe)

By enrolling in the Renew You Protocol and submitting payment via Stripe, you authorise Pip Reed (trading as Pip Reed Nutrition) and Stripe to:

• store your payment method securely

• charge your card or account for the amount indicated

• automatically process future instalments on the schedule provided at checkout

You confirm you are authorised to use this payment method and agree not to dispute these transactions so long as they correspond to these Terms & Conditions.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personalised and digital nature of the Program:

• All payments are final and non-refundable

• Payment plans must be completed in full once commenced

• Early withdrawal from the Program does not cancel remaining payments

• Failure to make payments may result in paused access or referral to collections

Chargebacks

Unauthorised chargebacks or disputes will be treated as a breach of agreement.
If you have concerns, you must contact Pip Reed Nutrition directly at info@pipreed.com.au for resolution.

Billing Clarity & Support

We believe in transparency. You will receive automated emails confirming each successful payment. If you ever have a billing question, our team is here to support you at info@pipreed.com.au
