Work With ME
For many women, persistent health symptoms remain unresolved despite multiple consultations, dietary changes, and supplements.
Fatigue, weight changes, hormone disruption, digestive issues, and inflammation are often treated as isolated symptoms rather than signals of underlying physiological dysfunction.
My work focuses on identifying and correcting the systems driving these symptoms so the body can return to stable, efficient function.
If Any of These Feel Familiar
Many women I work with describe patterns such as:
• Persistent fatigue despite sleeping well
• Weight gain or weight that will not respond to diet and exercise
• Hormone symptoms such as PMS, PCOS, endometriosis, cycle changes, or peri/menopause disruption
• Bloating or digestive discomfort
• Poor sleep or waking during the night
• Feeling inflamed, puffy, or fluid-retentive
• Fluctuating energy and mood
• Feeling wired but exhausted
These symptoms are often dismissed as stress or aging.
In reality they frequently reflect breakdowns in communication between key physiological systems including the gut microbiome, hormones, metabolism, inflammation, and nervous system regulation.
Understanding and correcting these signals is the focus of my clinical work.
My Approach
Rather than applying generic protocols, I work through a structured process designed to identify the physiological drivers behind symptoms and correct them systematically.
This process is called the Renew You Clinical Protocol.
The framework follows three stages.
Reveal — Rebalance — Rebuild
Reveal
The first phase focuses on diagnostic clarity.
This involves comprehensive health history analysis and advanced functional testing to understand how your body is functioning across key systems.
Testing may include blood testing, microbiome analysis, hormone testing, and metabolic markers.
The goal is to identify the patterns driving symptoms rather than relying on guesswork.
Rebalance
Once the drivers of dysfunction are identified, the next phase focuses on correcting them.
This may involve targeted nutrition strategies, microbiome correction, metabolic regulation, inflammation reduction, and hormone signalling support.
Treatment strategies evolve as the body responds.
Rebuild
The final phase focuses on restoring stability and long term resilience.
Clients build sustainable metabolic and hormonal balance through structured nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and ongoing physiological monitoring.
The Renew You Clinical Protocol
The Renew You Clinical Protocol is a 12-week program designed to guide this process.
The program includes:
• Comprehensive functional testing and interpretation
• Personalised nutrition and treatment strategies
• Practitioner-grade supplements delivered to your door
• Unlimited clinical consultations and progress monitoring for 12 weeks
• Symptom and biomarker tracking
• Educational resources and ongoing support
The protocol is designed to address the underlying drivers of symptoms rather than managing them indefinitely.
Protocol Investment $10,000 AUD — paid in full or $1,000 per week across 12 weeks

The Renew You Assessment
Before beginning the protocol, all prospective clients complete a Renew You Assessment.
This is a dedicated consultation designed to determine whether the program is appropriate for your situation.
During the assessment we will review your health history, symptoms, and previous results and identify potential physiological drivers contributing to your symptoms.
You will leave with a clearer understanding of what may be happening in your body and whether the Renew You Clinical Protocol is the right next step.
The assessment fee is credited in full if you proceed with the Renew You Clinical Protocol.
Apply to Work Together
Due to the depth of analysis and level of support involved, I work with a limited number of private clients at any given time.
If you would like to explore whether this approach is appropriate for your situation, the next step is to book the Renew You Assessment.

What Women Are Saying
"Pip has literally changed my life. I cannot recommend her Renew You Protocol enough.
I came across Pip in September last year after an exhausting two to three years of trying to navigate perimenopause at 46. I was told that my constant bloating, constipation, low iron, hormonal weight gain, and fluid retention were all normal for me. I was recommended long-term laxatives by a specialist, and because I was not coeliac, I was told to reintroduce gluten and dairy, despite knowing my body was inflamed and reacting to them.
Pip actually listened. She looked at the full picture and found what everyone else had missed. I finally have answers, and more importantly, I finally have my life back."

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the renew you protocol personalised?
Yes. While there is a clinical framework guiding the process, every protocol is built around the client’s symptoms, test results, and response to treatment.
No two clients follow the same plan.
How often are consultations?
Unlimited Access means that you can access me throughout the program as required through consultations (zoom, Health Bank) and on WhatsApp. Most clients attend weekly - fortnightly consultations, particularly in the early stages of the program. This allows us to review progress closely and adjust the plan as new information emerges.
Why is testing included?
Testing provides objective data about how your body is functioning.
Rather than relying on guesswork, the program uses functional testing to help identify the root drivers behind symptoms, which allows for a more targeted and effective strategy.
What conditions or symptoms do clients typically have?
Many clients join the Renew You Protocol experiencing symptoms such as:
• hormone imbalance
• weight gain or metabolic resistance
• fatigue
• digestive issues
• inflammation
• mood changes
• perimenopause and menopause symptoms
As well as already medically diagnosed issues with autoimmune disease, thyroid disorders, IBS and IBD (Crohn’s, Ulceratice Colitis, diverticulitis).
However, the program focuses on underlying physiology rather than diagnosis alone.
How is progress measured?
Progress is assessed through:
• symptom changes
• digestive and hormonal improvements
• changes in laboratory markers
• follow-up testing where appropriate
Both clinical symptoms and biomarker trends are considered when evaluating progress.
How is this different from other programs?
Many programs provide a standardised protocol or fixed treatment structure.
The Renew You Protocol is designed differently.
It combines data-driven testing, ongoing clinical analysis, and personalised treatment adjustments, ensuring the strategy remains aligned with your physiology as it evolves.
Why Most Hormone Programs Fail
Most women seeking help for hormone or metabolic symptoms have already tried multiple programs.
They may have followed restrictive diets, taken supplements, or implemented lifestyle changes — often with limited or temporary results.
This usually happens for one reason:
The underlying physiology has never been properly investigated.
Many programs rely on generalised protocols such as:
• removing common trigger foods
• prescribing standard supplement stacks
• recommending exercise or fasting strategies
While these approaches may provide short-term improvements, they rarely address the specific dysfunction driving symptoms.
Hormonal symptoms, metabolic resistance, digestive issues, and inflammation are rarely caused by a single factor.
They are typically the result of multiple interacting systems, including:
• gut microbiome balance
• inflammatory signalling
• hormone metabolism
• nervous system stress load
• nutrient status
• metabolic communication between organs
Without understanding these underlying mechanisms, interventions often remain superficial.
The Renew You Protocol is designed differently.
Rather than beginning with a generic protocol, the process begins with diagnostic clarity.
Testing and clinical analysis allow us to identify the physiological drivers behind symptoms and develop a strategy that targets those drivers directly.
The goal is not symptom management.
The goal is system restoration.
