WORK WITH ME

You’re eating well.
You’re trying to do the right things.

But your body isn’t responding.

Your weight isn’t shifting — or it keeps creeping up, despite your efforts - Including women on GLP-1 medications who aren't seeing the results they expected
Your energy drops through the day, no matter how well you sleep.
Your hormones feel unpredictable.
You feel like you’re constantly trying to manage your body.

And nothing you try seems to hold.

Over time, it becomes frustrating —
because you’re not doing anything wrong.

This is the pattern I see in nearly every woman I work with.

Not because they’re failing —
but because their body isn’t functioning properly.

WHAT’S ACTUALLY HAPPENING

These symptoms are not random.

They are signals of underlying dysfunction across key systems:
– Hormones
– Metabolism
– Gut microbiome
– Nervous system
– Inflammation pathways

Most approaches treat symptoms in isolation.

But until the underlying drivers are identified, the body won’t respond consistently.

My work focuses on identifying and correcting those drivers — so your body can return to stable, efficient function.

MY APPROACH

Most women I work with have already tried multiple approaches — often doing the right things — without consistent results.

The difference here is that we don’t guess.

We identify what is actually driving your symptoms and correct it in a structured, clinical way.

This is called the Renew You Clinical Protocol:

Reveal — Rebalance — Rebuild

Reveal
We identify what is actually driving your symptoms.

This involves detailed case analysis and targeted testing across key systems — including hormones, metabolism, gut health, and inflammation.

The goal is to move beyond “normal results” and uncover the specific patterns preventing your body from functioning properly.

Rebalance
Once the drivers are identified, we begin correcting them.

This may include targeted nutrition, microbiome support, metabolic regulation, inflammation reduction, and hormone signalling strategies.

Interventions are adjusted as your body responds — not applied as a fixed protocol.

Rebuild
As function improves, we focus on restoring stability.

This is where energy becomes consistent, weight begins to respond, and hormonal symptoms become more predictable.

The goal is not short-term improvement — but a body that is functioning efficiently and sustainably.

2. Clinical Care Pathway

A structured, consult-led approach for women who want to begin addressing their symptoms with guidance, but are not entering the full protocol at this stage.

We start with a detailed assessment and build from there.

Step 1 — Renew You Assessment

A comprehensive consultation where we:

– Review your full health history and symptoms
– Analyse existing blood work or recommend testing
– Identify key drivers contributing to your symptoms
– Provide a personalised plan (nutrition, supplements, next steps)

You will leave with clarity on what is happening in your body and how to begin addressing it.

Ongoing Care

Following the assessment, you can continue with structured follow-up consultations to:

– Review progress
– Adjust your plan
– Introduce further testing where needed

  • Ongoing consultations are $375 per session, where we review progress, adjust your plan, and continue addressing underlying drivers. This pathway provides flexibility, however progress and outcomes are closely linked to consistency

If there is a longer gap between sessions, we conduct a more comprehensive review to reassess your case and recalibrate your plan.

Additional testing and supplements are recommended based on your individual case and arranged separately.

This pathway is more flexible, but also less structured — results will depend on consistency and follow-through.

WHICH PATH IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

If you want the most efficient, guided, and comprehensive approach for a full body transformation —
the Renew You Clinical Protocol is the recommended pathway.

If you prefer to start with clarity and build gradually —
the Clinical Care Pathway provides a structured way to begin.

APPLY TO WORK TOGETHER

Due to the depth of analysis and level of support involved, I work with a limited number of clients at any given time.

What Women Are Saying

"Pip has literally changed my life. I cannot recommend her Renew You Protocol enough.

I came across Pip in September last year after an exhausting two to three years of trying to navigate perimenopause at 46. I was told that my constant bloating, constipation, low iron, hormonal weight gain, and fluid retention were all normal for me. I was recommended long-term laxatives by a specialist, and because I was not coeliac, I was told to reintroduce gluten and dairy, despite knowing my body was inflamed and reacting to them.

Pip actually listened. She looked at the full picture and found what everyone else had missed. I finally have answers, and more importantly, I finally have my life back."

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the renew you protocol personalised?

Yes. While there is a clinical framework guiding the process, every protocol is built around the client’s symptoms, test results, and response to treatment.

No two clients follow the same plan.

How often are consultations?

Unlimited Access means that you can access me throughout the program as required through consultations (zoom, Health Bank) and on WhatsApp. Most clients attend weekly - fortnightly consultations, particularly in the early stages of the program. This allows us to review progress closely and adjust the plan as new information emerges.

Why is testing included?

Testing provides objective data about how your body is functioning.

Rather than relying on guesswork, the program uses functional testing to help identify the root drivers behind symptoms, which allows for a more targeted and effective strategy.

What conditions or symptoms do clients typically have?

Many clients join the Renew You Protocol experiencing symptoms such as:

• hormone imbalance
• weight gain or metabolic resistance
• fatigue
• digestive issues
• inflammation
• mood changes
• perimenopause and menopause symptoms

As well as already medically diagnosed issues with autoimmune disease, thyroid disorders, IBS and IBD (Crohn’s, Ulceratice Colitis, diverticulitis).

However, the program focuses on underlying physiology rather than diagnosis alone.

How is progress measured?

Progress is assessed through:

• symptom changes
• digestive and hormonal improvements
• changes in laboratory markers
• follow-up testing where appropriate

Both clinical symptoms and biomarker trends are considered when evaluating progress.

How is this different from other programs?

Many programs provide a standardised protocol or fixed treatment structure.

The Renew You Protocol is designed differently.

It combines data-driven testing, ongoing clinical analysis, and personalised treatment adjustments, ensuring the strategy remains aligned with your physiology as it evolves.

Why Most Hormone Programs Fail

Most women seeking help for hormone or metabolic symptoms have already tried multiple programs.

They may have followed restrictive diets, taken supplements, or implemented lifestyle changes — often with limited or temporary results.

This usually happens for one reason:

The underlying physiology has never been properly investigated.

Many programs rely on generalised protocols such as:

• removing common trigger foods
• prescribing standard supplement stacks
• recommending exercise or fasting strategies

While these approaches may provide short-term improvements, they rarely address the specific dysfunction driving symptoms.

Hormonal symptoms, metabolic resistance, digestive issues, and inflammation are rarely caused by a single factor.

They are typically the result of multiple interacting systems, including:

• gut microbiome balance
• inflammatory signalling
• hormone metabolism
• nervous system stress load
• nutrient status
• metabolic communication between organs

Without understanding these underlying mechanisms, interventions often remain superficial.

The Renew You Protocol is designed differently.

Rather than beginning with a generic protocol, the process begins with diagnostic clarity.

Testing and clinical analysis allow us to identify the physiological drivers behind symptoms and develop a strategy that targets those drivers directly.

The goal is not symptom management.

The goal is system restoration.
